What are the prices and payment plans?
PRE issues its price lists and payment plans per community and updates them regularly. Request the current list and we will send it in writing, together with availability.
Are you the developer?
No. This website is run by an independent, authorized sales partner of PRE Group. Booking and contracts are made with PRE.
When will the homes be delivered?
Delivery dates differ by community and phase. We confirm the official date for the unit you choose before you reserve.
Can I visit before deciding?
Yes. Get in touch and an advisor will arrange a visit to the project or the sales gallery.
What is the difference between Ivoire East and Collage?
Collage is a distinctive phase within Ivoire East made of fully finished serviced apartments, with a concierge helpdesk and rooftop wellness, work and social spaces.
Can I buy from outside Egypt?
